ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BY June 30, 2014. A $100 deposit is due with the application. The $100 deposit will be forfeited for all registrations should cancellation from the event become necessary as long as cancellation is prior to June 30, 2014. CANCELLATION AFTER June 30, 2014 WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF ALL FEES.
Move In available starting on Wednesday, November 12th from 5 pm-9 pm AND on Thursday, November 14th from 8 am–5 pm.
Booths must be set up by 5 pm on Thursday, November 14th! Participants must be ready for the Preview Party at 7 pm Thursday, November 14th.
Each booth will receive 4 name tags in the exhibitor package at check in. The name tags must be worn throughout the entire show. They will be collected on Sunday by the Holly Jolly Staff.
Name Tags are not free admission to guests of the show. Any exhibitor found violating the policy may forfeit their booth space for the following year.

2 or more booth spaces receive 6 name badges
Additional name tags available for $5 each tag.
Exhibitors and volunteers must park behind the Woodmen Community Center or in the over flow parking provided. Please reserve all other parking areas for your customers attending the show. All oversized vehicles/trailers must park in the over-flow reserved parking.
Exhibitors must enter the building through the Exhibitor Entrance at the back of the Woodmen Community Center on show days. The front entrance is reserved for customers.
After the show begins at the Preview Party, all loading, restocking, etc., should be done through the Exhibitor Entrance.
The security of our exhibitors' displays during the show is a key concern for us. Security officers will be provided during the show to protect your merchandise.
